Privacy Policy for California Residents

We have created this Privacy Notice for California Consumers to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and other California privacy laws. This notice is specifically intended for users who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you") and supplements the information described in our Privacy Policy. If you are not a California resident, this policy does not apply to you. Please refer to our main Privacy Notice instead.

Source: Obtained through our business partners, such as ad technology providers that help us serve users relevant ads and understand the ads' effectiveness.


v. Monetization and Analytical Information from Other Sources

Example: Third-party SDKs integrated into our app may access your information, including your Google Advertising ID, region, device language, location, and IP address.

We may collect information that you directly and voluntarily provide to us. Additionally, if you accept our UGC-related terms of service, we may collect your user-generated content.


2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We require certain information to fulfill your requested service, and we may share this information with our service partners as necessary.


ii. Personalize and Improve User Experience

We use aggregated information to understand how our users, as a group, use the services and resources provided in our app. We and our third-party partners may utilize the collected information to optimize your user experience, advertisement experience, and customized recommendation experience.


iii. Process Payments

The information you provide when placing an order is used solely to provide the requested service. We do not share this information with external parties except as necessary to fulfill the service.


3. How We Share Your Personal Information


In the past twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information as covered by this policy. However, we may disclose your personal information to our business partners, including advertisers, publishers, and data tracking companies. These partners may use your personal information to display advertisements, measure ad/site interaction, and enhance their services by understanding site and app traffic usage or user behavior. The use of information by our business partners will be governed by their privacy policies.

ii. Android Advertising ID

Recipients: Our affiliates, ads analytic service providers, third-party monetization SDKs.

Recipients: Our affiliates, third-party monetization SDKs.


4. Your Rights Under CCPA


i. Your Right to


 Request Information

As required by CCPA, you (or your authorized agent) have the right to request information about how we collect, use, and share your personal information over the past 12 months. This includes the categories of personal information we collected, the sources of the collected personal information, our business purposes for collecting that personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.


ii. Your Right to Delete Information

You (or your agent) have the right to request the deletion of specific personal information that we have collected and retained, with exceptions outlined in CCPA. These exceptions include situations where we need your information to detect security incidents, protect against malicious or illegal activity, identify and repair application errors, exercise free speech or other rights provided by law, or perform internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations.


iii. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us at jayntibhairamoliya@gmail.com.


Only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request regarding your personal information. You may make a maximum of two verifiable consumer requests for information within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify your identity and confirm that we have collected personal information about you. Additionally, the request should include enough detail for us to understand and respond to it accurately. We cannot fulfill your request without verifying your identity.


iv. How We Respond to Your Request

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you of the reason and the extension period via email, telephone, or other electronic means.


We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request, unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a fee is warranted, we will explain the reason for the fee and provide you with a cost estimate before fulfilling your request.


v. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This includes denying our services, charging different prices or rates, providing a different level or quality of services, or suggesting different prices, rates, or quality based on the exercise of your rights.


5. Changes to This Privacy Notice


We reserve the right to revise this notice at our discretion. When we make important changes to this notice, we will notify you through a notice on our product page and internal application page.
